Per Diem Substitute teacher to substitute at the 6th Grade Center and/or Strayer Middle School where needed to fill teacher absences during the 2019-2020 school year. Individual must hold a PA Teaching Certification in Middle Level, 4-8. The successful candidate will be employed by ESS at a daily rate of $120.
Applicants will be evaluated by the District based on their possession of the following qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Certification in the appropriate area
- Undergraduate and graduate academic achievement
- Coursework Emphasis
- Professional and job-related experiences relevant to the vacancies
- Actual performance during interviews conducted by District personnel
- Performance during classroom observations which may be conducted as part of this process
*The Quakertown School District has contracted with ESS to manage per diem substitute services. The successful candidate will be employed by ESS for the duration of the long term per diem assignment, not Quakertown Community School District. You must be willing to work for ESS in order to be considered.
